1. Position: Regulatory Affair Executive

Company: Paradigm Pharma (Thailand) Co., Ltd

Location: Bangkok, Thailand

Objective 

To lead pre and post-licensing activities for Thailand, Myanmar, Vietnam, Cambodia, Philippines in Pharma sector, ensuring timely and quality submission to FDA and all regulatory activities are in good compliance.

Job responsibilities 

1. Staying current with the business execution in relevant regulations, legislations and policies in Thailand and other responsible countries (e.g., Myanmar) as assigned.

2. Preparing, submitting, and monitoring product registration, renewal, variation, GMP clearance and other applications in compliance with relevant regulations and the company’s plan under the direction of Regulatory Affairs Manager.

3. Maintain regulatory dossiers, regulatory databases, company licenses and ensure FDA reports are submitted and comply with local regulations.

4. Perform other regulatory duties as assigned by Regulatory Affairs Manager.

Requirements:

• Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences with good command in English both in speaking and writing

• Minimum 3-5 year-experience in area of Regulatory Affairs responsible for pharmaceutical products 

• Computer literacy-skill to use business applications 

• Ability to focus on multiple tasks, ability to organize, prioritizes and works under time pressure.

• Able to work independently but at the same time is a good team player

• Good interpersonal and effective communication skills

2. Position: Sales Representative 

(Upcountry)

Report to: Sales Manager

Area: Upcountry

Key Duties & Accountabilities:

Analyze their designated territory and develop a sales plan to achieve their sales target aligned with marketing strategy.

Comprehend core products and be able to convey key message to customers at both individual and group level.

Develop partnership with key customers to fulfill their medical needs by company products or services.

Handle all customers’ issues and complaints to ensure that satisfactory solutions are obtained for both the customer and the Company.

Maximize allocated sales budgets by product and customer aligned to sales and marketing strategies to achieve recommended sales targets.

Develop new business opportunities with existing and potential customers.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s Degree in Science or related field.

At least 3 years sales experience in pharmaceutical business will be an advantage

Good presentation and communication skills

Strong interpersonal and selling skills

Own transportation with driver license is a must

Able to travel in up-country as needed
